Enhancements to Presentation of IEEE Press Books

Data for books available in multiple formats (hardcover, softcover, electronic book, etc.) has been consolidated into a single abstract. The price and ISBN for each format has been included within a single title both on the browse listing and abstract page. Also, the intermediate page which previously provided a message warning you are leaving IEEE Xplore to make a purchase on the Wiley.com site has been removed to streamline the purchase process.

Updates to Publication Pages

Several of the publication pages have been customized to promote or cross-reference content for items such as special joint issues and other special circumstances. These modifications affect the following publications:

    • Access to the Transactions on Biomedical Engineering (TBME) Letters has been added to the publication page for the TBME journal.
    • Conference proceedings for Information Visualization (INFOVIS 2006) and Visualization (VIS 2006) conferences have been published in a special issue of Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics (TVCG).  A cross-reference has been added to the conference proceedings publication pages providing a link and announcing that the content is available in the TVCG journal.
    • The publication page for the IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking (ToN) has been modified to include a link to a special joint issue with the IEEE Transactions on Information Theory published jointly by the IEEE Communications and Information Theory societies.
