IEEE makes available a COUNTER-compliant usage statistics site to help subscribing institutions better understand how their users access content in IEEE Xplore. This free service provides secure, password-protected access to subscriber-specific usage information. In addition to providing all reports required by the latest COUNTER Release, the site also provides usage reports for IEEE Conferences and Standards. Data provided covers current year activity and historical data for the previous two calendar years.
